File Transfer Protocol

You can send us original Quark or InDesign files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

• If the files take more than 30 minutes to FTP, sending a disk may work best.
• Please be sure to Stuff or Zip the files before transmitting, even via FTP.
• Please include a pdf as a proof. If sending a disk, include a hard copy (printout).

New customers or for MAC users:  We suggest using FTP client software such as Cyberduck or FETCH for (MAC) and SmartFTP (PC), which have the upload/download buttons and easy sorting options at your fingertips.
