Sentinel Printing Company Hires Sharon Schay - Vice President Marketing
HEMPSTEAD, NY, July 20, 2009 – Sentinel Printing, a print marketing and graphic solutions company, is pleased to announce that Sharon Schay has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing.
“We have made significant investments in our platform and product offering. It was a strategic decision to select a marketing executive with digital print experience to provide leadership for integrated marketing campaigns. Sharon served in several positions at Bowne & Co., Inc. As a Strategic Account Manager for significant accounts, she built client relationships, developed innovative solutions, action plans and achieved successful project outcomes. As Market Research Director, she identified customer buying decisions and future industry needs. As Marketing Director for Bowne Digital Solutions, she developed Bowne’s database-driven/on-demand-printed communication products for the retirement services, mutual fund and brokerage industries.
Sharon was formerly the Director of Marketing for Rapid Solutions Group. There she had executive level responsibility for the internal and external promotion of the organization supporting public relations efforts, trade shows, direct marketing, strategic planning, product development and market research.
Sharon was the Business Manager for E*TRADE Financials National Sales Development Team. She drove traffic to the midtown facility by creating and marketing financial services educational productions and communications to the public.
Sharon served in senior roles for United Asset Management and Dreyfus’ Retirement Plan Services Groups in marketing, training, participant statement production, and in communications - designing and delivering client retirement educational programs. She pioneered the development of the Retirement Services’ Participant Call Center for UAM. She has both operational and client service background as well as marketing and sales experience to design, deliver and launch new retirement products.
With her extensive experience in the development of digital education products, Sharon provides exceptional insight into consumer behavior and the design of results driven programs. This insight lends itself to a holistic perspective and an understanding of the marketing, manufacturing and operational considerations needed in the creation of customized and personalized customer communications.
